Wood-panelled walls and ceilings frame the Nightingale Suite, our second-largest space that transforms effortlessly from conference hall to reception venue. We've watched countless presentations come alive on our HD screens here, with 130 delegates in theatre seating having clear sightlines from every angle. The room handles 150 comfortably for standing receptions, where guests naturally flow between the main space and the adjoining areas during networking breaks. Our wall-mounted iPads put you in control of lighting and temperature without hunting for switches or thermostats. The projector and sound system connect seamlessly with laptops and devices, while delegate stationery, flipcharts and a lectern stand ready for traditional presentation needs. We've configured this room in every possible way: boardroom style for 50 when intensive discussion matters, classroom layout for 70 during training days, U-shape for 40 when everyone needs to see each other, or cabaret rounds for 80 when small group work drives the agenda. The wooden panelling creates surprisingly good acoustics, something our regular clients particularly appreciate during Q&A sessions. Contemporary lighting keeps energy levels up throughout day-long sessions, compensating for the limited natural light. Digital signage outside helps delegates find their way, especially useful when you're running multiple track sessions or breakout groups. Eden handles our catering, bringing locally-sourced ingredients into menus that range from working lunches to substantial buffets. They manage vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements as standard, not exceptions. The space works particularly well for product launches where you need room for display areas alongside the main presentation setup, AGMs requiring formal layouts with registration desks, or multi-stream conferences where groups merge and split throughout the day.
