Seven large meeting rooms spread across our Westminster centre at 110 Rochester Row, each designed with different group sizes in mind. Our biggest space, the Rippington Suite, fits 180 delegates comfortably with room left over for catering stations and exhibition displays. The Nightingale Suite works beautifully for groups up to 150, while our smaller rooms handle anything from two-person interviews to 60-delegate training sessions. We've equipped every room with HD screens and digital signage, plus wall-mounted iPads that control everything from lighting to temperature with a single touch. The audio-visual setup includes projectors and sound systems that actually work when you need them. Free WiFi runs throughout the building, and we've made sure the entire venue is fully accessible with DDA-compliant facilities. Our catering comes from Eden, who source ingredients locally and present everything from working breakfasts to afternoon refreshments. They handle dietary requirements without fuss and can scale from coffee and pastries to full lunch spreads depending on what your day requires. The venue sits just minutes from both Victoria and Pimlico stations, making it straightforward for delegates arriving from across London or further afield. We host everything from board meetings and strategic planning sessions to multi-day training programmes, product launches, and interview days. Our events team works here full-time, so we're around to help with room layouts, technical setup, or last-minute schedule changes. Westminster location means plenty of lunch options nearby if delegates want to step out, though most groups prefer to keep momentum going with catering in-house.
