The Euston Suite opens directly off our historic Sunken Lounge, placing you at the heart of our Art Deco building while giving your meeting its own dedicated space. We've arranged this adaptable space to suit groups of various sizes and meeting styles. For larger presentations, we can set up theatre-style seating for 70 delegates, while boardroom configurations work perfectly for 22 participants around the table. If you prefer the collaborative atmosphere of cabaret-style tables, we'll accommodate 40 of your team members comfortably. The plush blue chairs and modern carpeting create a professional yet comfortable environment for those longer strategy sessions. Your technical requirements are covered with our high-definition projector and fibre optic Wi-Fi that handles multiple devices without dropping connection. We provide flipcharts, stationery and fresh water as standard, so you can focus on the content rather than the logistics. The elegant chandeliers overhead add just the right amount of sophistication without overwhelming the space. When you need to expand your meeting area, the Euston Suite connects seamlessly with our neighbouring Stephenson Suite, effectively doubling your capacity. This flexibility proves particularly useful for conferences that alternate between plenary sessions and breakout groups. The room's position near our main facilities means your delegates can easily access our bistro for refreshments or step into the Sunken Lounge during breaks. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with our venue sitting just off the M1 and M42, complemented by over 300 free parking spaces.
