The Fleet Room still carries hints of its former life as a dance studio, with the original ballet bar running along one wall, though these days it's more likely to hold bags and coats than support pirouettes. This 550-square-foot space on the upper floor accommodates 40 people comfortably, with natural light flooding in through the large windows that overlook the bustling King's Cross neighbourhood. We've equipped the room with everything modern meetings demand: a 65" TV with Roku bar mounted on the white walls, offering HDMI connections, AirPlay and Spotify for whatever presentation format you prefer. The exposed ductwork and acoustic ceiling panels give the space an industrial feel while ensuring conversations stay crisp and clear. Light wooden floors and air conditioning throughout create a comfortable environment for those long strategy sessions or intensive training days. Just a short walk from King's Cross St. Pancras Station, getting here couldn't be easier for teams coming from across London or further afield. We provide unlimited tea and coffee at a fixed rate, and while we operate as a dry-hire venue, we work with trusted caterers who know exactly how to navigate our Victorian building's quirks. The room adapts to your needs, whether you want theatre-style rows for 35, a boardroom setup for 20, or cabaret tables for workshop groups.
