The Crumbie Lounge sits in the historic Breedon Stand, where exposed brickwork meets rugby memorabilia to create an atmosphere that's both professional and refreshingly different from typical meeting spaces. We've designed this room to work brilliantly for groups up to 80, with enough flexibility to arrange the furniture exactly how your meeting needs it. Walk through our doors and you'll find a self-contained space that adapts to your requirements. We can set up theatre-style seating for 70 delegates when you need everyone focused on a presentation, or arrange boardroom and U-shape configurations for 30 people when discussion and collaboration matter most. For workshop-style sessions, our cabaret layout seats 40 comfortably, giving teams space to work together at individual tables. The private bar area adds character to the room, its vibrant signage and brick features creating an interesting backdrop without being distracting. While we don't serve drinks during business meetings, this area works well for registration or as a breakout zone. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, and our Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping connection. What makes the Crumbie Lounge particularly versatile is the glass partition door connecting to our ABC Bar. When you need more space for larger conferences or training days, we can open this up to accommodate 160 attendees. The combined area gives you room for different session formats throughout the day, perhaps starting with a main presentation before breaking into smaller workshop groups. Our venue in Leicester city centre means your attendees can reach us easily, whether arriving by train or car. We provide complimentary on-site parking, removing one common meeting day hassle.
