We've designed this room around a round table that seats four comfortably, creating an environment where everyone faces each other naturally, no awkward corners or distant seats. Natural light pours through our large windows throughout the day, something our regular bookers often mention makes their sessions feel less confined and more energising. The room works particularly well for interviews, client consultations, or those focused team discussions where you need everyone engaged. We've mounted an LCD screen for presentations, though many prefer using the flip chart for more interactive sessions, sketching out ideas on the cork wall backdrop. Our venue sits right in Fitzrovia, with both Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street stations just minutes away. Charlotte Street's restaurants are practically next door when you need to continue conversations over lunch, and Oxford Street is there for any last-minute supplies. The building's glass facade means even our smaller rooms benefit from excellent natural light, which members tell us makes a real difference during longer meetings. Our front desk team, particularly Janine who often receives special mentions, ensures your booking runs smoothly from arrival to departure. They handle the practical details, from helping with tech setup to managing any catering requirements (please note we need two days' notice for food orders). Easy to book and check in. It was a little noisy from the room next door but otherwise the room was great. Janine on the front desk was brilliant and really looked after us.

Excellent meeting venue. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Perfect size for up to 4 people. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this meeting space again.
