Six floors below the terrace views that made our venue famous, the Ground Floor serves a different purpose entirely. We designed this space for teams who need focus without formality, where natural light from Lincoln's Inn Fields creates the right atmosphere for productive meetings. The large windows that line one wall do more than brighten the room, they connect you to the green square outside, where barristers have walked for centuries. We've kept the interior deliberately simple: light walls, wooden floors, and furniture that moves easily between configurations. Whether you arrange 24 seats around our boardroom table or set up theatre-style rows for 56, the space adapts without fuss. Our technical setup reflects how meetings happen now. The 4K screen handles both in-room presentations and virtual participants with equal clarity. We've integrated Microsoft Teams and Zoom directly into the system, so hybrid meetings run as smoothly as traditional ones. The PA system reaches every corner when you need it, while air conditioning keeps the room comfortable regardless of how many laptops are running. From Holborn Station, it's a three-minute walk through the historic legal quarter. Many guests tell us they appreciate not having to navigate multiple floors with equipment or materials, everything stays ground level. The lift provides step-free access throughout, and several car parks operate within a five-minute radius for those driving in. We see this room work particularly well for strategy sessions, training workshops, and project kick-offs. The cabaret layout for 32 proves popular for interactive sessions, while the banquet arrangement seats 50 comfortably when you're combining meetings with lunch. For evening networking or informal presentations, we can accommodate 60 guests reception-style, making use of the full floor space.
