Six floors up from Lincoln's Inn Fields, we offer three distinctive spaces that bring together centuries of medical history with contemporary event facilities. Our 2021 renovation transformed the Royal College of Surgeons of England into a forward-thinking venue while preserving the character that makes this building special. Our Conference Suite on the 6th floor welcomes up to 300 guests into a light-filled space equipped with the latest AV technology. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views across central London, and during breaks, your guests can step onto our terrace overlooking the historic square below. We find the outdoor space particularly valuable for networking sessions and summer evening receptions. Just along the corridor, our Park View Suite creates a more relaxed atmosphere for drinks receptions and informal gatherings. The cityscape views from this floor never fail to spark conversation among guests, whether they're attending a product launch or celebrating at a wedding reception. For smaller meetings or intimate dinners, we open our Lumley Library on the first floor. Surrounded by one of Europe's most significant medical science collections, your guests dine and discuss among centuries of knowledge. The book-lined walls create an atmosphere you won't find in typical meeting venues. Working with Searcys, who manage all our catering, we serve seasonal British menus that change throughout the year. Their team has been creating events since 1847, and they understand how to match food and wine to different occasions, from working lunches to gala dinners. Our Holborn location puts us within walking distance of major transport links, making arrival straightforward for guests coming from across London or further afield. We host everything from international medical conferences to corporate away days, wedding receptions to charity fundraisers, each making use of our spaces in their own way.
