The Booker Room sits on our first floor, catching plenty of natural light through its windows throughout the day. We've set this space up to work flexibly for different group sizes and meeting styles. For boardroom discussions, we can comfortably seat 10 people around the table. When you need a classroom setup for training sessions, we arrange for 12 participants, and for presentation-style meetings, the theatre configuration accommodates 16 attendees. Our air conditioning keeps the temperature just right, particularly helpful during those intensive workshop sessions or lengthy strategy meetings. The room comes equipped with an LCD projector and screen, along with all the connection cables you'll need for presentations. We provide flipcharts, notepads and pencils as standard, plus water for everyone. The Wi-Fi connection runs smoothly throughout the space, so remote participants can join without issues. The neutral décor and professional furnishings create a focused environment without distractions. We've found this works particularly well for training days, team meetings, and small conferences. The natural daylight really does make a difference to energy levels during full-day sessions, something many groups have mentioned they value. Being on the first floor means easy access via lift or stairs, and we're fully accessible for all attendees. The central Liverpool location puts you within walking distance of Liverpool ONE for lunch options between sessions. Transport couldn't be simpler, with Central Station, Lime Street Station, and Liverpool ONE Bus Station all nearby, making it straightforward for participants coming from different areas. Previous guests have found our venue clean and easy to locate, which we know matters when you're coordinating multiple attendees. The venue was clean and easy to find.
The room we were setup in had a faulty HDMI connection so the projector could not be used. Given that there are 10+ rooms and we were the only group with a booking - why were we setup in this room?
