We're literally a few minutes' walk from Liverpool ONE shopping centre, which means your attendees can grab lunch or coffee easily between sessions. The ACC Convention Centre and M&S Arena are our neighbors, and we're perfectly positioned between Central Station, Lime Street Station, and Liverpool ONE Bus Station – your delegates won't struggle to find us or get here. Beyond the meeting rooms themselves, we've got 209 guest rooms if people need to stay overnight. The rooms come with everything business travelers need: reliable Wi-Fi, proper desks to work at, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffee facilities. Some of our upgraded rooms have Nespresso machines and Bose iPod docks for those who book them. Our Ropewalks restaurant stays open throughout the day, serving international dishes that work well for working lunches or evening meals with clients. The bar area provides a more relaxed setting for informal meetings or post-conference networking. We also maintain a fitness center and indoor pool for guests who like to stay active during business trips.

The venue was clean and easy to find.
The room we were setup in had a faulty HDMI connection so the projector could not be used. Given that there are 10+ rooms and we were the only group with a booking - why were we setup in this room?
