The cabaret arrangement works particularly well for 30 guests when you need tables for workshop activities or note-taking. Your own dedicated breakout area sits adjacent to the main room, giving your team somewhere to stretch their legs and continue conversations over coffee. This separate space proves invaluable during intensive strategy sessions or when different groups need to work on breakout tasks. Everything runs smoothly thanks to the high-definition projector and wall-mounted plasma screen, both positioned for clear visibility from every seat. Our super-fast fibre optic Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without the dreaded buffering, so video conferences and cloud-based presentations work exactly as they should. The suite's position just off the historic Sunken Lounge means you're perfectly placed to make use of our venue's other facilities during breaks. Paper, pencils and water come as standard, and our bistro team can arrange refreshments to suit your schedule and preferences. Please note that access to the Douie Suite is via stairs only. Our venue sits on London Road with over 300 complimentary parking spaces, making arrival straightforward whether your delegates are coming via the M1, M42, or from East Midlands Airport nearby.
