The exposed timber beams trace elegant lines across the vaulted ceiling of our Guild Hall, where bookshelves line the walls from floor to ceiling, creating an atmosphere that feels both scholarly and approachable. We've arranged this room to serve multiple purposes, shifting effortlessly between configurations. For larger presentations, we set up theatre-style seating for 75 colleagues, while more collaborative sessions work beautifully with our U-shaped or classroom arrangements for 35 participants. Boardroom meetings feel particularly comfortable here with 15 seated around the table, and we can open the space completely for standing receptions hosting up to 80 guests. The technology here works exactly as it should. Our ceiling-mounted projector connects smoothly with laptops, while the wide-angle USB camera captures everyone in frame for hybrid meetings. Ceiling microphones pick up voices clearly from every corner, something our regular groups particularly value when including remote participants. When it comes to refreshments, our kitchen facilities let you manage your own catering arrangements, with several excellent delis just around the corner providing popular lunch options. Many groups use our Bosanquet Room as a coffee break space between sessions. Finding us takes just minutes from Southwark Station, with step-free access throughout the ground floor including our disabled and gender-neutral facilities. The secure entry system maintains privacy for your sessions while our team ensures everything runs smoothly.
