The Guild of Psychotherapists stands proud in its Georgian townhouse at 47 Nelson Square, where we've been hosting professional gatherings since establishing our presence in this quiet corner of SE1. Our building combines the character of period architecture with the technology today's meetings demand. Our Guild Hall serves as the heart of the venue, welcoming up to 80 colleagues for standing receptions or 75 for seated presentations. We've installed a ceiling-mounted projector that works seamlessly with our wide-angle USB camera and ceiling microphones - equipment our regular clients particularly appreciate for hybrid meetings. The space adapts easily from boardroom layouts to theatre-style seating, depending on what your day requires. Upstairs, Seminar Room 1A offers something different. Original sash windows flood the room with natural light, while the restored period features create an atmosphere that encourages focused discussion. We can arrange seating for 15 participants around tables or accommodate 25 for more informal networking sessions. Both rooms stay comfortable year-round thanks to our air conditioning, and we maintain high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building. Our kitchen facilities mean you can arrange your own catering - many groups bring lunch from the excellent delis nearby. We've also included the Bosanquet Room as a breakout space where participants can grab coffee between sessions, though we should mention this area is occasionally shared with other building users. Getting here couldn't be simpler - Southwark Station sits just minutes away. Our building offers full wheelchair access, with disabled and gender-neutral toilets on the ground floor. The secure entry system keeps sessions private while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere we're known for. Whether you're planning training workshops, team meetings, or small celebrations, we provide the professional environment and practical facilities to support your event.
