The Wilberforce Room combines the raw character of our 19th-century warehouse with everything you need for a productive meeting. Those exposed brick walls and original timber beams overhead create an atmosphere that gets conversations flowing differently than your typical conference room. We can configure the space for intimate boardroom discussions with 40 participants or expand to theatre-style seating for 273. The natural light streaming through our arched windows keeps everyone alert, though we'll be honest, on particularly sunny days the room can warm up despite the air conditioning. We always let groups know this so you can plan accordingly, perhaps scheduling breaks to explore the museum galleries directly accessible from the room. The wooden floors and high ceilings with their industrial ductwork give the space real character. We've equipped it with a complimentary projector, screen and PA system, plus reliable Wi-Fi throughout.
