Über Museum of London Docklands
This Georgian warehouse has seen a lot over the centuries, and now as the Museum of London Docklands, it's got stories built into the bricks. Working here, you realize quickly that the building does half the heavy lifting when it comes to creating atmosphere—those original timber beams and warehouse windows overlooking the water are pretty special. We're tucked between the old and new of Docklands, with Canary Wharf's towers visible from our windows. The DLR practically delivers guests to our door via Westferry or West India Quay. The natural light in our event spaces is something else—though yes, on particularly sunny days, it can warm up despite the air con. We always mention this upfront so you can plan accordingly. Our rooms work equally well for buttoned-up board meetings or relaxed evening receptions. The museum setting adds an unexpected element that gets people talking. Plus, having our own kitchen and bar means we can be flexible with timings and menus. The combination of maritime history and modern business district creates this unique tension that somehow just works. Really good venue! It was very hot in the room though despite opening windows.
