The Guardian meeting room brings together six people around our signature round table, where some of the building's most productive conversations take place. Natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating the timber flooring and creating the kind of bright workspace that keeps afternoon meetings energised. We've furnished this space with ergonomic chairs on wheels, making it simple to adjust seating arrangements as discussions evolve. The round table configuration means everyone sits as equals, whether you're presenting quarterly figures or brainstorming new campaigns. Those expansive windows frame views across the London skyline, providing visual breathing room when you need a moment to gather your thoughts. Our venue sits within The News Building, Renzo Piano's 17-storey creation that once housed printing presses and now accommodates businesses of every size. High-speed broadband runs throughout, so video calls run smoothly and presentations load instantly. The warehouse aesthetic creates natural flow between meeting spaces and breakout areas, where pre-meeting coffees and post-presentation debriefs happen organically. Borough Market practically neighbours us, offering everything from working lunches to celebration dinners when deals close successfully. Monument and Cannon Street stations provide additional transport options for attendees coming from different directions. Regus didn't have our details on the system when we showed. But I only booked at 4pm the day before. The room wasn't as the picture. An outside view on the picture but we were given an internal room with no windows. Tech worked first time which is great. Wi-Fi very slow...
