Our Games Room & Library combines the unexpected energy of kingfisher blue bookshelves with the focused atmosphere your meeting needs. Natural light pours through the large windows, brightening the plush green armchairs and sleek conference table where your team will gather. We've designed this space to adapt to how you work. Need everyone around one table? Our boardroom setup seats 22 comfortably. Planning a presentation? Theatre style accommodates 30, while classroom configuration works perfectly for 24 participants taking notes. The U-shape arrangement brings 26 people together for collaborative sessions, and when it's time to network, we can host up to 50 for standing receptions. Your presentations run smoothly on our 55" LED TV screen with Apple TV connectivity, supported by a professional sound system. We include everything you need to keep energy levels high throughout the day: fresh tea, coffee, water, soft drinks, plus biscuits and sweets as part of your Day Delegate Rate.
