The Sir Francis Ronald room sits on our first floor, where morning light streams through tall windows overlooking the historic Bloomsbury streets below. We've found that groups of up to 22 people particularly enjoy working here, whether they're gathered around the boardroom table for nine, or spread across classroom-style seating for larger training sessions. Our smart screen dominates one wall, complete with its own built-in PC and touchscreen capabilities. You won't need to bring laptops for video calls, the system connects directly to Teams, Zoom, and other platforms. During workshops, presenters often use the touch functionality to annotate documents in real-time, while participants follow along on their devices using our reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. We regularly reconfigure this space between bookings. Yesterday's U-shaped setup for 15 management consultants becomes today's cabaret arrangement for a creative agency brainstorm. The whiteboard and flipboard stay constant fixtures, ready for those moments when digital screens aren't quite enough for mapping out ideas. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Holborn, Chancery Lane, and Russell Square stations all within a short walk. Our reception team knows the area inside out and can point you towards Knockbox for that pre-meeting coffee, or recommend Ciao Bella when you're planning a working lunch. The Charles Dickens Museum around the corner makes for an interesting option if you're considering a cultural element to your day. Air conditioning keeps the room comfortable even during intense afternoon sessions, while our accessible entrance and facilities ensure everyone on your team can participate fully. When you need catering, we coordinate everything from breakfast pastries to full lunch spreads, handling dietary requirements without fuss. Nice large space, exactly what we needed. Plenty of chairs and tables that could be moved and reconfigured easily throughout the afternoon.

the venue was easy to find. the room was set out exactly as requested; great AV. the staff on reception were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests. Food good too! would recommend to anyone.

good space, excellent IT/AV tech, no fuss, very helpful staff on reception (and for AV queries, and quiet space asks), tasty catering - easy location in central London.
