Right off Lambs Conduit Street, we've created nine distinct meeting spaces at Richbell House that work equally well for board meetings and larger conferences. Since opening our doors in January 2020, we've welcomed groups ranging from 10 people gathered around our boardroom table to 60 delegates in theatre-style presentations. Each of our rooms gets plenty of natural light through the windows - something our regular clients particularly appreciate during long workshop days. We've equipped every space with interactive screens that have built-in computers, so you can connect instantly to Teams or Zoom calls without bringing your own laptop. The touch-enabled whiteboards mean you can annotate presentations in real-time, and everything runs on familiar MS programs. Our location on Richbell Place puts you within walking distance of Holborn, Chancery Lane, and Russell Square stations. When you need a coffee break, Knockbox and Conduit Coffee House are just around the corner, and for lunch meetings, Ciao Bella and Eat Tokyo offer great options nearby. We're also close to the Charles Dickens Museum and October Gallery if you're planning cultural team outings. We maintain MIA's AIM Secure accreditation and CSC safety certification, plus our Planet Mark certification reflects our commitment to reducing environmental impact. Our reception team handles everything from printing and scanning to coordinating catering for various dietary requirements. The air conditioning keeps rooms comfortable year-round, and our high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without slowing down. Clients tell us they find the venue easy to locate and appreciate how we set up rooms exactly to their specifications. Many comment on the quality of our AV equipment and how helpful our reception staff are with last-minute requests. The flexible room layouts mean we can quickly reconfigure spaces from boardroom to U-shape or classroom style between sessions.

Nice large space, exactly what we needed. Plenty of chairs and tables that could be moved and reconfigured easily throughout the afternoon.
Only thing that would have been better is to have had access to a tea point in the building rather than having to pay per head or g...

the venue was easy to find. the room was set out exactly as requested; great AV. the staff on reception were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests. Food good too! would recommend to anyone.

good space, excellent IT/AV tech, no fuss, very helpful staff on reception (and for AV queries, and quiet space asks), tasty catering - easy location in central London.
