The Ernest Suite opens directly from our landmark Sunken Lounge, giving you immediate access to one of our most photographed Art Deco spaces during breaks. We've designed this room for focused work sessions, with soft blue and white tones that help maintain concentration throughout long meetings, complemented by our distinctive patterned carpet that adds warmth without distraction. Your presentations will display clearly on our large screen, and we've installed a dedicated conferencing phone for seamless remote participation. Paper, pencils and water come as standard, while the flipchart stands ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. Natural daylight streams through the windows, keeping energy levels up without the harsh glare of artificial lighting. We can configure the Ernest Suite to match your meeting style. For traditional presentations, we arrange theatre seating for up to 30 delegates. Board meetings work best with our 14-person boardroom layout, while training sessions often use the U-shaped arrangement for 16 participants. The banquet setup accommodates 30 for working lunches, and we can arrange cabaret style for 24 when you need small group discussions within larger sessions. The room connects seamlessly with our venue's other facilities. Your delegates can grab coffee from our bistro during breaks, and our 300 parking spaces mean they'll arrive relaxed rather than stressed from searching for a spot. Being just off the M1 and M42, with East Midlands Airport nearby, makes us particularly convenient for teams gathering from multiple locations.
