The Directors Room commands attention with its gleaming white marble fireplace and crystal chandeliers that catch the afternoon light streaming through tall windows. Our Victorian meeting space accommodates your team perfectly, whether you're gathering 30 colleagues around the boardroom table or hosting up to 80 for a presentation in theatre style. Rich golden wallpaper and dark wood paneling create an atmosphere that feels both professional and comfortable, while the high ceilings give your discussions room to breathe. We've installed a large screen and projector that handle everything from quarterly reports to video presentations, and our free Wi-Fi keeps remote participants connected throughout your session. The room's flexibility really shows when you need it. We can arrange classroom seating for 12 during training workshops, set up cabaret style for 50 when you want roundtable discussions, or configure a U-shape for 24 participants who need to see each other clearly. For more relaxed networking, the space holds 100 guests comfortably for drinks receptions. Being adjacent to the Grand Hall gives you options we know you'll appreciate. Many groups use the Directors Room for focused breakout sessions during larger conferences, or as a quiet space for executive meetings while the main event continues next door. The interconnecting doors mean your attendees can flow naturally between spaces during breaks. Our venue sits directly across from Queen Street Railway Station, and while the building is on the first floor with wheelchair access available, some guests have noted the access can be a bit tight in places. Fantastic venue in a great location in Central Glasgow. Staff were excellent in directing attendees and assisting with set up - would highly recommend using and will be doing so in future!

Access was there for W/C but with a squeeze as on 1st floor. Easier access for W/C user would have made a massive difference
