This flexible meeting space on our ground floor can work as two separate studios or one combined room, depending on what your day needs. We've kept things simple but effective here. The wooden chairs and tables move easily into whatever configuration works, from boardroom style for 30 to theatre seating for 120. When you book both studios together, you get a proper event space that holds 150 standing. The natural light pouring through those windows means you won't need the overhead lights until late afternoon, though our LED system gives you full control when you do. Our tech setup covers the essentials without overcomplicating things. The projector throws a clear image, the flatscreen TV works as a backup display, and the PA system handles everything from presentations to background music. Wi-Fi runs throughout, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even when discussions heat up. Local artists' work decorates the walls, giving the space more personality than your typical meeting room. Those exposed ceiling beams remind you this building has history, while the harbour views keep you connected to Bristol's maritime present. The acoustics work surprisingly well for both presentations and conversations. Getting here couldn't be easier. Buses stop right outside, the ferry terminal sits nearby, and there's decent parking along the harbourside. Once your meeting wraps up, the whole harbour quarter spreads out before you, from cafes to galleries, perfect for continuing conversations or unwinding after a productive day.
