The floor-to-ceiling windows frame Edinburgh Castle perfectly, and we've watched countless presentations where speakers have had to compete with that view for attention. Natural light floods all seven of our meeting spaces, which means you won't need harsh overhead lighting during those long strategy sessions. We've designed each room to handle different group sizes and setups. Whether you're running a training workshop for 20 or hosting a product launch for 100, we can configure the space to work. Our AV setup includes everything you'd expect – projectors, screens, microphones, and reliable Wi-Fi that actually handles everyone's devices at once. The contemporary design throughout our 169-room hotel carries into our meeting spaces, with clean lines and modern furnishings that photograph well for those company LinkedIn posts. Our in-house catering team prepares everything from working lunches to three-course dinners, using Scottish ingredients when possible. The Metro Bar & Brasserie downstairs serves as a natural spot for post-meeting drinks. Between sessions, attendees often use our facilities – the indoor pool, Technogym equipment, sauna, and steam room help clear heads before afternoon presentations. We're walking distance from Princes Street and the Royal Mile, and yes, we have on-site parking at £20 per day, which saves the hassle of hunting for spaces in Old Town.
