We've carved out our corner in Carnaby's bustling district, where the simple wood furnishings and minimal design let our Taiwanese flavors do all the talking. Our signature steamed bao have earned us nine consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand awards—quite the journey from when we first opened our doors. The Classic Bao remains our most requested: braised pork nestled in a pillowy bun with peanut powder, fermented greens, and fresh coriander. The Confit Pork Bao runs a close second, though regulars often debate which reigns supreme over shared plates of Taiwanese Fried Chicken drizzled with our house hot sauce.
