At DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central, we're right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from both Glasgow Central and Queen Street mainline stations. Our Grand Ballroom is actually one of Scotland's largest hotel ballrooms—we can host up to 1,500 guests here, which makes us a go-to spot for major conferences, gala dinners, and award ceremonies. We've got 11 meeting and function rooms in total, so whether you're planning a board meeting for 10 or a wedding for hundreds, we can accommodate you. Most of our meeting spaces have natural daylight, which our corporate clients really appreciate during those long conference days. We keep all rooms equipped with A/V equipment and complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel. For overnight guests, we have 304 rooms and suites. Each one comes with a 40-inch LCD TV, work desk, and 24-hour room service. If you book one of our executive rooms, you'll get access to our Executive Lounge where we serve complimentary breakfast, drinks, and snacks throughout the day. Speaking of breakfast, our Wake Up DoubleTree Breakfast™ is something we're particularly proud of. We source fresh seasonal produce for our hot and cold buffet—it's a proper start to the day, whether you're here for business or pleasure. Our venue works beautifully for different types of events. We regularly host corporate conferences and exhibitions during the week, then transform the space for weddings and celebrations at weekends. The Grand Ballroom, with its characterful interiors, creates quite an impression for gala dinners and awards ceremonies. Being so central means your guests can easily reach us by train, and there's plenty to explore in Glasgow right on our doorstep.
