Lovely venue but difficult to get in and out of. It wasn't made clear there is an entrance on Platform 1 of Paddington station. You can't get in and out without a member of staff and they are not always around.

Receptionist did not know of our booking. Room Six was communicated with guests but we were moved to room three. Room was not ready on arrival and was being 'turned around'. Poor overall experience.

Great meeting room and accessible from Paddington Station, though directions / some sort of help prior to the meeting would have helped to find it as signs disappear half way up platform 1! Would definitely use again if the need arises.

Perfectly functional meeting room, especially if you want to meet near Paddington station. Staff were very helpful and the facilities were great. My only gripe would be the colour of the walls, it felt a bit oppressive in such a small room. Would definitely use again
Easy and straight forward to find, friendly receptionist. Meeting room 6 was spacious light and perfect for what we needed. Tea & coffee was worth the extra payment. Easy to connect PC to screen for presentation.

The meeting went well thanks and I thought the room was great – only suggestion would be that Room 6 has some coat hooks on the wall but apart from that, it was great and I would certainly use the offices again in the future.

Very positive feedback. He would definitely book the meeting room again.
The only thing he mentioned was that in the confirmation email there was no mention about following the blue line in the Station to get there.
