Food is at the heart of what we do here. La Trattoria by Alfredo Russo, our Michelin-starred restaurant, serves Italian cuisine from breakfast through to dinner. Watch how the atmosphere shifts throughout the day - bright and energetic in the morning, then gradually becoming more intimate as candlelight takes over in the evening. We've framed old Indian and Tibetan fabrics as wall-hangings, adding unexpected touches of color and texture to the dining spaces.
