Stepping aboard our 60-foot wide beam barge feels like discovering London's best-kept secret for intimate celebrations. The Whole Boat at The Boathouse London - Paddington West transforms your event into something genuinely special, with wooden panelling and floor-to-ceiling windows creating a warm, light-filled space that immediately puts guests at ease. We've designed the interior with careful attention to both style and comfort. The open-plan layout flows naturally from our plush seating area, where guests often gather for drinks and conversation, through to the sleek kitchen with its modern breakfast bar. This flexible arrangement works beautifully whether you're hosting 20 guests for cocktails or seating 12 for an intimate dinner party. Our in-house catering team crafts menus to suit your event, with extensive vegan and gluten-free options available, and we hold an alcohol licence until 11pm. The rooftop deck remains a favourite feature among our guests, offering peaceful waterside views and fresh air above the city. It's particularly magical during summer evenings when the light catches the water, though the heated interior keeps things cosy year-round with full air conditioning. We've equipped the boat with audiovisual equipment for any presentations or entertainment you might need, plus reliable Wi-Fi throughout. You'll find us moored in Paddington West, just minutes from both Paddington and Edgware Road stations, making arrival straightforward for all your guests. Our location near Little Venice provides a tranquil escape while keeping you connected to central London. The combination of waterside serenity and city convenience makes the Whole Boat particularly suited to wedding ceremonies, private parties, corporate gatherings, and those special occasions when only somewhere extraordinary will do.
