Our Captains Room brings a burst of energy to any gathering with its bold geometric walls in yellow, green and black, creating an atmosphere that gets people talking from the moment they walk in. This ground floor space in the Carlsberg Stand works brilliantly for everything from networking events to birthday parties, comfortably hosting up to 150 guests for drinks and mingling. The room adapts to however you want to use it. We can set up round tables for 100 guests if you're planning a sit-down dinner, arrange theatre seating for 72 people for presentations, or keep things casual with cabaret-style tables for 42. The flexibility means your celebration can flow exactly as you envision it, whether that's starting with speeches and ending with dancing, or keeping things relaxed throughout. Your guests will appreciate having their own private bar right in the room, no queuing or wandering off to find drinks. Our flat-screen TVs and PA system mean you can easily share photos, videos or presentations, perfect for milestone birthdays, anniversaries or corporate celebrations. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even when the dance floor gets busy, and complimentary Wi-Fi lets guests share those memorable moments instantly.
