Our Club Room transforms from intimate gathering to grand celebration with the simple rearrangement of furniture. This first-floor sanctuary spans 14 metres by 5.2 metres, where triple aspect windows frame Regent's Park on one side and the bustle of Marylebone on the other. Natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling glass throughout the day, while evening events take on a different character as the city lights begin to twinkle. High ceilings amplify the sense of space, making even smaller gatherings feel special. We've hosted everything from 30th birthday celebrations with 32 guests seated cabaret-style around circular tables, to standing receptions for 100 where guests mingle freely between the bar service and dance floor. The neutral palette, soft drapery and carefully positioned lighting fixtures mean your decorations and colour scheme become the focal point, whether that's balloons and bunting for a birthday or sophisticated floral arrangements for an anniversary party. Our AV system handles everything from background music to full DJ setups, with high-speed Wi-Fi supporting any streaming needs or social media sharing your guests might want. The Thirsty Scholar downstairs becomes an extension of your event, perfect for early arrivals grabbing coffee or late-night revellers continuing the party with cocktails. Great Portland Street station sits just minutes away, with Regent's Park and Warren Street stations offering alternative routes. Your guests travelling from major terminals at Euston, St Pancras or King's Cross reach us in a single tube journey. We coordinate all catering through our in-house team, from canapé receptions to three-course dinners, with menus tailored to your celebration. Every booking here supports international students pursuing their dreams in London through the ISH charity, adding extra meaning to your special occasion.
