Our Garden Area transforms parties into something rather special, with the Grand Union Canal providing an ever-changing backdrop as narrowboats glide past your celebration. This outdoor space wraps around our building, where we've arranged wooden benches and tables among established greenery that creates natural privacy from the towpath. The flexible layout works brilliantly for different party styles - we've seen it set up for seated birthday dinners under the trees for 40 guests, or cleared for cocktail receptions where 60 people mingle freely between the garden and our indoor spaces. The weatherproofing we've installed means your party continues whatever the British weather decides. Canvas covers stretch overhead when needed, while heating keeps the atmosphere comfortable year-round. We particularly love how the space changes through the day - afternoon celebrations catch dappled sunlight through the leaves, while evening parties take on an intimate glow from our outdoor lighting. The mix of standing and seating areas lets your guests choose their own experience, whether that's gathering around tables for ten or finding a quiet corner for conversation. Our kitchen serves everything from sharing platters to elegant canapés directly to the garden, while our bar team can set up an outdoor service station for faster drinks. Many birthday parties opt for our handcrafted cocktails served alongside the canal, though we're equally happy if you prefer to bring your own music and create a completely personalised atmosphere. The space connects seamlessly with our Function Room, allowing parties to flow between indoor and outdoor areas as the mood takes them. Just minutes from Warwick Avenue Underground, the Garden Area feels wonderfully removed from city life while remaining completely accessible for all your guests, with level access throughout the outdoor space.
