Our 1,000 square feet of gleaming workspace transforms corporate groups into culinary teams every week. The Large Kitchen has witnessed marketing teams perfecting pasta while finalising campaigns, and tech startups bonding over bake-off challenges during their quarterly meetings. With capacity for 50 guests, we've designed the space to keep everyone engaged, whether they're whisking at one of our multiple workstations or gathered around watching a demonstration at the central island. Professional mixers line the counters alongside our commercial-grade ovens and hobs, while culinary artwork decorates the bright white walls, creating an atmosphere that feels more creative studio than traditional kitchen. The open layout means your team can move freely between stations, collaborating on dishes while maintaining comfortable working space. We've hosted everything from product launches where guests created themed canapés to match new brand colours, to film crews who appreciate our professional lighting setup and generous room dimensions. Our commitment to sustainability runs through every element, from the renewable energy powering the equipment to the organic herbs and vegetables we source from local suppliers. As London's only cooking school with a 3-star Sustainable Restaurant Association rating, we regularly design eco-conscious menus for companies wanting to explore environmental responsibility through food. The space adapts brilliantly for different event formats.
