The Annex throws open its floor-to-ceiling windows to Old Street's energy, where 1500 square feet of possibility awaits your next celebration. We've watched this showroom space transform from corporate product launches in the morning to buzzing birthday parties by night, each event making use of the natural light that pours through those massive windows overlooking the intersection of Old Street and Shoreditch High Street. Our exposed brick walls carry the industrial heritage of East London, while polished concrete floors reflect the daylight and create a contemporary edge that photographs beautifully. The open layout means we can work with whatever vision you bring, whether that's setting up cocktail tables for a networking reception or clearing the floor for dancing. With comfortable capacity for 100 standing guests, The Annex hits that sweet spot between intimate and spacious. The bar area anchors one side of the room, becoming a natural gathering point where your guests gravitate for drinks and conversation. We've hosted everything from gallery openings where artists displayed work against our brick walls, to milestone birthday parties that spilled out onto the pavement as guests caught some air between dancing.
