We've hosted everything from wedding receptions to product launches in this space, and it never fails to impress. The room sits on the first floor of our Harcourt Conference Centre, with its own entrance so your guests won't get lost wandering through the hotel. Those French doors along the side? They open onto a balcony overlooking our manicured lawns, perfect when you want to give your guests a breath of fresh air between speeches or let the evening breeze drift through during summer celebrations. Natural light pours in during daytime events, though the curtains give you complete control when you need to dim things for presentations or create that romantic evening atmosphere. We can fit 185 people for a standing reception or configure the space for 120 seated guests at round tables. The room adapts brilliantly, whether you're planning a formal banquet, setting up cabaret style for 120, or arranging classroom seating for corporate training days. Our team handles all the furniture shuffling, so you can focus on your event. The built-in projector and AV setup means no fussing with external suppliers for corporate functions, while our sound system handles everything from background music to live bands.
