The Terrace at Clissold Arms transforms from a sun-drenched lunch spot into whatever you need it to be. This semi-private space sits right between Muswell Hill and East Finchley, where up to 80 guests can settle in for dinner or 100 can mingle with drinks in hand. Natural light pours through the skylights during the day, illuminating the warm wooden floors and neutral-toned walls hung with local artwork. We've kept the décor simple on purpose, letting you add your own touches for weddings, birthday parties, or any celebration you have in mind. The tables can be configured however works best, whether that's long banquet style or smaller rounds for more intimate conversations. What really sets The Terrace apart is how it flows straight onto our patio garden. Your guests can drift between inside and out as they please, cocktails in one hand, canapés in the other. The garden's particularly lovely when the flowers are in bloom, offering extra seating among the greenery for those who want a breather from the main party. We've installed a flatscreen TV that works brilliantly for wedding slideshows or presentation needs, plus our PA system means you can curate your own playlist or bring in live musicians. The acoustics work well for speeches too, and we've had everything from jazz quartets to DJs keeping the energy going late into the evening. If you need more room, The Terrace connects to The Shed, effectively doubling your space. Our kitchen can handle any menu requests, including those tricky dietary requirements that always seem to pop up last minute. The whole area is step-free and air-conditioned, keeping everyone comfortable regardless of the weather outside.
