The Charlwood Suite transforms from intimate gathering to grand celebration at the touch of a button. We've designed this space with flexibility at its heart, using elegant partitioning walls that divide the room into up to four separate areas when you need them. Those classic wood panels and crystal chandeliers aren't just for show, they create proper atmosphere whether you're hosting 30 for dinner or 300 for drinks. Natural light pours through the windows during daytime events, while our adjustable ambient lighting system lets you set any mood once the sun goes down. We've seen everything from product launches bathed in corporate colours to wedding receptions glowing under warm candlelight. The built-in screens and podium work brilliantly for presentations, though they disappear discreetly when you want pure party space. Our largest configuration welcomes 300 guests for standing receptions, while banquet seating accommodates 155 comfortably. Need something more structured? We regularly arrange cabaret style for 155, classroom rows for 135, or U-shaped layouts for 90. The boardroom setup seats 66 around our substantial tables, perfect for more formal gatherings. Everything runs on high-speed Wi-Fi and our AV system handles whatever tech requirements you throw at it. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, and yes, the whole suite has full wheelchair access. Being just 15 minutes from Gatwick means international guests arrive fresh, while our free parking and on-site accommodation remove any transport worries for those staying longer.
