Our semi-private dining space brings together Manchester's industrial past with the city's contemporary food scene. Original exposed brickwork from the 1800s frames the room, while large windows pull in natural light that catches on the marble tabletops throughout the day. We've kept 30 seats for seated dinners, though the layout opens up to accommodate 60 guests when you need people mixing and moving around. The open kitchen runs along one wall, where our chefs work with seasonal ingredients from local suppliers. Your guests can watch their food being prepared, from the first prep cuts to the final plating. The bar stocks Manchester craft beers alongside classic cocktails, with our team ready to create custom drinks menus for your event. We've found the combination of visible cooking and historic architecture creates talking points before anyone's even sat down. Corporate teams book the space for client dinners and product launches, using our projector for presentations between courses. The Wi-Fi handles whatever tech requirements you throw at it, while the acoustics work whether you're giving a speech or letting conversation flow.
