When you book the Whole Venue at Sub Rosa, you're claiming every corner of our transformed warehouse space, from the bleacher seating that climbs the perimeter to the intimate trolley pods where conversations spark over cocktails. We've designed this space for parties that need room to breathe. With capacity for 250 standing guests or 150 seated diners, the venue spreads across multiple zones that flow naturally into each other. Groups tend to gravitate between the pyramid seating structures, the games area where corn hole tournaments get competitive, and those magnetic fire pits that draw people in as temperatures drop. Our transparent canopy overhead means you're properly outdoors while staying protected from Liverpool's occasional drizzle. The container bar anchors the space, where our team pours everything from frozen drinks to our exclusive Black Lodge lager. Food comes courtesy of our rotating pop-up traders, including the pizza trailer that fills the air with wood-fired aromas. Music pulses through our custom speaker system mounted overhead, creating consistent sound whether you're by the bar or tucked into a trolley pod. Corporate teams book us for drinks receptions that feel nothing like the usual hotel function room. Birthday parties spill across the different areas, with guests discovering new spots throughout the night.
