Walk through our Victorian doors and you'll find yourself in command of two floors of genuine pub character, from the polished wooden bar that's been serving Hammersmith since the gaslight era to our roof terrace where summer evenings turn golden. When you book the whole venue at Hop Poles Pub, we hand over the keys to 430 standing spaces (or 200 seated if you prefer proper tables and chairs), giving your party room to breathe across our interconnected spaces. The ground floor draws everyone in with that grand wooden bar running along one wall, craft ales gleaming in the taps, while natural light pours through our original windows and restored skylight. We've kept the best bits—those intricate ceiling mouldings, the vintage tilework—and added touches that actually work for modern parties: a proper PA system, WiFi that doesn't drop out when everyone's posting stories, and HD screens positioned so nobody misses the match if that's your thing. Upstairs, our function room offers its own personality. Cozy booths line the walls for those inevitable catch-up conversations, while the open floor plan lets you configure the space however suits your celebration. Bring your own DJ if you like; we've got the equipment ready and waiting. The private terrace comes into its own during warmer months, though even winter parties tend to spill outside when the atmosphere heats up.
