The stone walls curve around you like something from another world, transforming this basement into The Cave, our most atmospheric space here at Queen of the South. Down beneath 367 Norwood Road in Tulse Hill, we've created something properly different, a hideaway that feels miles from the usual South London party spots. Those rugged walls aren't just for show, they wrap the entire space in natural texture while bold murals splash colour across the stone, creating perfect photo opportunities wherever you look. We've arranged plush leather couches and rustic wooden tables throughout, giving your guests cozy corners to catch up in. The seating works brilliantly for 20 people dining together, or clear the centre and you can fit 50 standing comfortably. Our compact bar tucks neatly into the corner, its stone facade lit just right to draw people in. The bartenders know their way around both classic cocktails and creative mixes, keeping glasses filled throughout your celebration. We've installed a proper PA system down here too, so whether you bring your own DJ or curate the perfect playlist, the acoustics work beautifully off these curved walls. The low, undulating ceiling adds to that genuine cave feeling, while our lighting design plays with shadows to create different moods as the night progresses. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable even when the dance floor fills up, and yes, the WiFi reaches down here too. Birthday parties love the intimacy of the space, corporate groups find it refreshingly different from typical venues, and we've hosted everything from engagement celebrations to album launches down here.
