Step into The Engine Rooms and you're immediately surrounded by the Victorian steam engines that once lifted Tower Bridge for passing ships. These magnificent machines, with their polished brass and intricate ironwork, create an industrial backdrop unlike any other party venue in London. We've carefully preserved every detail, from the exposed brick walls to the original gauges and pistons, while adding contemporary touches that make your celebration shine. The space stretches beneath the bridge, accommodating up to 120 guests for drinks receptions or 60 for seated dining. Colour-changing LED lighting washes across the brickwork and engines, letting you set the mood from warm amber for intimate gatherings to vibrant hues for livelier celebrations. Above, the glass-paneled ceiling creates interesting light patterns throughout the evening, especially magical as daylight fades. Our exclusive caterers, Social Pantry, work their magic here, serving everything from canapés among the engines to full banquet dinners. As a certified B Corp with a zero-to-landfill kitchen, they craft menus using seasonal, local ingredients, with options for every dietary requirement including halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free. The built-in PA system and screen handle speeches and presentations effortlessly, while the unique acoustics of the engine hall add atmosphere to any playlist. The long, narrow layout creates natural flow for mingling during cocktail parties, or intimate conversation pockets when arranged for dining. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Tower Hill and London Bridge stations nearby, plus the Thames Path right outside for those memorable riverside arrival photos.
