During summer gatherings, guests flow naturally between the conservatory and adjoining garden terrace, pints from our bar in one hand, burgers from our outdoor shack in the other. When winter arrives, the glass structure keeps everyone warm while fairy lights overhead and lanterns scattered throughout create that festive glow perfect for December celebrations. We've watched countless birthday cakes emerge from our kitchen into this space, seen work teams bond over shared platters of fish and chips, and hosted engagement parties where guests danced between the tropical chairs until closing.
