The Johnnie Walker Room sits perched above Cabot Square, where twelve guests can gather around our mahogany table while the city lights begin to twinkle beyond the windows. We've dressed this particular space in deep burgundy, with oil paintings and gilt mirrors reflecting the warm glow from our crystal chandelier, creating an atmosphere that feels more private club than corporate dining room. Round tables work magic for conversation, we've found, and ours comes dressed in crisp white linens with proper crystal glassware catching the light. Those floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Canary Wharf skyline beautifully, though the real theatre happens right here at the table, where our chefs present course after course of Scottish fare, perhaps paired with a dram or two from our whisky collection that lines the walls outside. Business dinners take on a different character in here, away from the main restaurant's jazz and bustle. The acoustics keep conversations private, while our AV equipment handles presentations smoothly when needed.
