The Sun in Splendour Garden transforms from quiet courtyard to party headquarters when your guests arrive, with space for 60 standing or 30 seated around our weathered wooden tables. We're tucked behind our historic pub on Portobello Road, just a quick walk from Notting Hill Gate tube station, where the buzz of the main bar gives way to this more intimate outdoor setting. String lights weave overhead between the climbing plants that have claimed our walls, while lanterns cast pools of warm light across the rustic furniture we've collected over the years. The centrepiece fireplace draws people in as evenings cool, creating that natural gathering point every good party needs. Our covered sections mean you won't be checking weather forecasts anxiously, though on those perfect summer days, sunlight filters through to brighten the whole space. We've fitted the garden with everything modern parties require: Wi-Fi for sharing those inevitable group photos, a PA system for speeches or your carefully curated playlist, plus a flatscreen TV and flipchart if your celebration has a presentation element.
