Descending our golden staircase to the Foundation Floor feels like discovering a secret garden beneath Chelsea's streets. We've wrapped this intimate space in hand-painted floral murals that climb dark glossy tiles, creating an atmosphere that's both dramatic and deeply calming. When our chandelier catches the light just right, the whole room seems to glow from within. We designed this floor to shift effortlessly between celebration and serenity. For parties of up to 20 guests, the plush seating areas create natural conversation pockets where friends reconnect over cocktails. The murals become talking points themselves, their botanical details revealing new surprises as the evening unfolds. We often see guests pause mid-conversation, drawn to trace the painted petals with their eyes. What makes the Foundation Floor particularly special is how it connects to our Garden Terrace. Open the doors and your indoor gathering spills naturally outside, giving guests the freedom to move between the artistic interior and our green oasis. We've hosted everything from intimate birthday dinners to wellness-focused celebrations where guests begin with treatments in our adjoining rooms before joining the party, arriving refreshed and glowing. The space accommodates 18 for seated dinners or 20 for standing receptions. Our full audiovisual setup handles everything from background music to presentations, while reliable Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. Air conditioning maintains comfort year-round, particularly appreciated during summer gatherings. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're tucked into Walton Street in South Kensington, with multiple tube stations within walking distance. Your guests find us easily, then step from the Chelsea bustle into our unexpected sanctuary below street level, where art, nature, and celebration blend into something uniquely memorable.
