The V8 Room greets you with sunlight pouring through its generous windows, filling the 90 square metres of polished hardwood flooring with natural warmth. We've designed this space to be completely flexible, working just as beautifully for boardroom meetings as it does for celebration dinners among friends and family. Contemporary ceramics and carefully chosen artwork punctuate the walls, creating conversation starters without overwhelming the space. The room flows naturally into both the V12 Room and our Courtyard when you need extra capacity, though many of our guests find the V8's intimate proportions perfect for groups of up to 60 standing or 50 seated. We regularly reconfigure the furniture for theatre presentations, classroom training sessions, banquet dinners, or traditional boardroom meetings. Our practical touches make hosting effortless. The built-in projector and flatscreen TV handle presentations smoothly, while the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the season. The adjoining catering kitchen gives your chosen caterers everything they need, from warming canapes to plating three-course dinners. We've kept the décor deliberately understated so you can add your own personality through lighting, flowers, or branded materials. Free parking awaits your guests on site, particularly handy when people are carrying presentation materials or party outfits. The East Finchley Underground station sits just five minutes away on foot, connecting you to central London in under 20 minutes. Full wheelchair access throughout ensures everyone can join your gathering comfortably. The classic cars visible through the internal windows add an unexpected talking point, whether you're hosting product launches, milestone birthdays, or team celebrations. Storage space keeps coats and equipment tucked away, while our Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat. Choose your own music, bring your preferred caterers, and make the V8 Room work exactly how you need it to.
