The England Suite sits on the second floor of our OCS Stand, where a wall of windows frames the cricket pitch below. This is our largest purpose-built conference space, stretching across 650 square metres with direct access to the Club-Level balcony. Step outside during your event and you're standing above the same ground where England's cricket legends have made history since 1845. We configure the room exactly as you need it. For conferences, we arrange theatre-style seating for up to 650 delegates, ensuring clear sightlines to your presentations. Corporate dinners work beautifully here too, with space for 510 guests at round tables, while drinks receptions flow naturally with room for 700 people to mingle. The cabaret layout suits 400 guests when you need both dining and entertainment space. Natural daylight pours through those pitch-facing windows all day, though we have full blackout facilities when your presentations demand it. Our integrated AV system handles everything from simple microphone setups to complex multi-screen presentations, with our technical team on hand throughout your event. The neutral décor adapts to your branding or theme, whether that's a pharmaceutical conference, charity gala, or summer party. The balcony access transforms the space. During conference breaks, delegates step outside for fresh air with views across the Oval. Evening receptions spill naturally onto the terrace, where guests enjoy drinks while watching the sun set over south London. Just a minute's walk from Oval tube station and seven minutes from Vauxhall, your guests arrive easily from anywhere in London, and we're outside the congestion charge zone which helps with logistics. Our events team coordinates every detail, from initial planning through to the day itself, while our Compass catering creates menus tailored to your event, using seasonal ingredients as part of our journey towards Net Zero by 2030.
