Fresh oysters and city views might draw guests upstairs to Seabird, but down here in our Dining Room, we create a different kind of magic around a single, beautiful wooden table. Twelve chairs circle this centerpiece, where countless business deals have been sealed over lunch and birthday toasts raised well into the evening. We've kept the design deliberately unfussy. Modern light fixtures cast a warm glow across the wooden surfaces, while our feature wall displays carefully chosen books and objects that spark conversation during those natural pauses between courses. The room breathes with natural light during daytime meetings, transforming into something more intimate when darkness falls outside. What sets this space apart is the wrap-around balcony access. Your guests can step outside between presentations, coffee in hand, or spill onto the balcony during livelier celebrations.
