Our Paloma room has become Manchester's go-to spot for those intimate celebrations where 40 of your favourite people feels just right. Step through the door and you're greeted by our private bar, stocked with everything from premium gins to that obscure mezcal your cocktail-obsessed friend keeps mentioning. The bartender? They're all yours for the night. Those plush leather banquettes running along the walls have witnessed everything from 30th birthday speeches to impromptu karaoke sessions. Above them, our neon sign glows with "Sweet dreams are made of this", and honestly, after a few of our signature cocktails, your guests might just agree. The geometric patterns on the walls catch the light from our programmable neon and strobe system, creating an atmosphere that shifts from sophisticated drinks reception to proper party mode at the flip of a switch. We've fitted the space with a PA system that handles everything from background jazz during cocktail masterclasses to full-volume floor-fillers when midnight hits. Bring your own DJ if you like, or plug in your carefully curated playlist. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable even when all 40 guests are dancing, which tends to happen more often than you'd expect in a room this size. Our central location means your guests can stumble in from Exchange Square or Salford Central without needing detailed directions. The space works brilliantly for corporate events that don't feel corporate, birthday parties where everyone actually fits in the group photo, and those reunions where you need somewhere private to properly catch up.
