Our handmade reclining armchairs in Screen 3 & 9 transform what could be a standard presentation into something your guests will actually remember. With just 38 seats, we've created an atmosphere where every attendee feels part of the conversation rather than lost in a crowd. The individual retractable tables built into each seat mean your guests can comfortably balance their Costa Coffee and notes during training sessions, or rest their wine glass during evening networking events. The room's theatre-style layout ensures everyone enjoys clear sightlines to our high-quality screen, while the state-of-the-art AV system delivers crisp visuals that make even detailed spreadsheets readable from the back row. We regularly host product launches here where presenters appreciate how the intimate scale allows them to gauge audience reactions and adapt their delivery accordingly. The dimmable lighting lets you set exactly the right mood, whether you're screening a corporate video or celebrating team achievements. Two dedicated wheelchair spaces with step-free entry ensure all your guests can participate comfortably. The contemporary design creates a professional backdrop without feeling stuffy, and we find the smaller capacity works particularly well for executive briefings or departmental away days where discussion and interaction matter more than numbers. You're welcome to bring external catering to complement our in-house offerings, and with our alcohol licence running until 11:00 PM, post-presentation drinks can flow naturally into productive conversations.
